Report 1 On September 18, 2013 got a call at 2:45 PM to react to a manslaughter at Horry Georgetown Technical College that a male casualty had been shot and murdered. I showed up at the scene at 2:46 PM and was told by the underlying reacting official that the casualty was dead when he showed up and that nothing had been moved and modified, and that he had set up an edge and set up a wrongdoing scene log when official Scott showed up on scene he saw no one leaving the scene.
